1. Unused and in pristine condition, as originally received. 

2. Secured in their factory-sealed packaging with all included components. 

 

Return Process

All returns must be coordinated directly with your authorized local sales agent. Please contact the point of purchase with your original receipt or valid proof of transaction prior to initiating any return. Unsolicited shipments will not be accepted. 

 

Important Shipping Guidelines

- Customers are solely responsible for prepaying all associated shipping fees, which remain non-refundable. 

- Customers bear all risks of loss or damage during transit. 

- Lithium-ion battery compliance: All shipments must adhere to applicable hazardous materials regulations. Notify carriers about battery contents prior to dispatch. 

- For shipment protection, we strongly recommend using traceable delivery services and/or purchasing cargo insurance.
