How to find the serial number (You might see many different numbers on a Segway-Ninebot product. The correct serial number is 14 letters and numbers, always starting with “N”.(Example:N2ABC1234D5678) If the number does not conform to that exact sequence of letters and numbers, it is not the right serial number. It can be found on the bottom or side of most products, on the original box, on the warranty card, or by connecting to the app.)
